This place has everything a writer needs, sometimes including muses available. Read, write, review, you can do it all, and base memberships are free. Join today. This site is easy to navigate, has excellent help documentation and a great loading time. Usability rating: ********** The DAT people. Publishers of test preparation books for the DAT and MCAT, they're DAT material is second to none. They are, as far as I know, the only place that specializes in the Canadian DAT but they also offer material for the US DAT. If you're planning to go into dentistry in the future, check them out. The site has a simple and fairly intuitive navigation system, and a fast loading time. Usability rating: ********** Online yellow pages and white pages, driving directions, maps, and lots more. This site is a reference gold mine. It loads fast, even on my old dial up connection, and I've never seen it crash out in the middle of a load. Very functional. Look for services by city or province in a huge variety of catagories. If you know what you want, type in the keywords. If not, you can scan catagories. The only flaw is the fact that the Territories are missing (and they look to be working on that.) There are very few graphics, so the load time is fast. This site is fast loading, low on graphics and high on content. It features a wide range of job seeking services. The only real flaw is that the menus get fairly deep, so you may spend some time looking for exactly the service you want. There is also a lot of the site in a members only section. Usability rating: ********** |
